Bilingual Early Education Center

Our Mission

Saint Nicholas Bilingual Early Education Center serves children from six weeks through five years of age. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive educational environment where each child is valued and supported. We are committed to fostering social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through developmentally appropriate practices and engaging learning experiences. By partnering with families, we strive to build a strong foundation that supports curiosity, confidence, and lifelong learning.

Curriculum

Saint Nicholas Bilingual Early Education Center offers a developmentally appropriate program that supports the growth of the whole child. Children are exposed to both English and Greek in a warm, engaging environment. We use the Healthy Beginnings curriculum for Infants through Twos and the Fundations curriculum for our Preschool program (ages 3–5).

Infants (6 weeks to 12 months):

Guided by the Healthy Beginnings curriculum, our infant program provides a loving and responsive environment. Teachers support early development through nurturing care and individualized routines based on each child’s needs.

Toddlers (12 months to 23 months):

Toddlers learn through hands-on play and exploration. Healthy Beginnings guides daily activities including circle time, music, story time, art, and free play to support language, motor, and social development.

Twos (24 months to 35 months):

Our Twos program builds independence while maintaining consistent routines. Teachers implement weekly and monthly themes that promote communication, confidence, and social growth through play-based learning.

Preschool (Ages 3–5):

The Preschool program prepares children for kindergarten readiness. The Fundations curriculum supports early literacy skills such as phonemic awareness and letter recognition. Activities include language and literacy, math, science, dramatic play, and hands-on exploration.

Meals

The center provides a morning (A.M.) snack and afternoon (P.M.) snack daily, served with milk and water. Parents provide a nutritious lunch. Saint Nicholas Bilingual Early Education Center is a nut-free facility; foods brought from home must not contain nuts or nut products.
